Hi OCA,
I think it's time for a big 100.000 hours service on server 2, there are two "major" problems:
1. Mapvoting: u vote for a map, and then the random generator picks another.
2. JB-specific: u play a number of matches in a game and suddenly one of the teams (normally the loosing ones) get a bonus of 4 points and win the match.
While the server is shut down for maintenence, I'll be happy to see u on the DJ server. Download still slow, but u can find all skins and server packages to download in our Forum,

Since I didnt change anything, its worth a try to first check what exactly is happening.
1/ random map: well, I think I know what's wrong here. If the server crashes it immediately restarts and picks a random map. I am strongly suspecting that some maps refuse to load (missing texture files, unreadable file.. whatever), crash the server and restart.
2/ JB score, well perhaps the same original cause, I installed a new version of Jailbreak and perhaps some old files are still being used and are causing chaos. Is this 'losing team gets extra points' thing always happening, or sometimes? Can you work out when it happens and when it's fine?

HI Punt,
this extra points counting is only sometimes, othertimes it works correct. I think it's mapbased problems. But I cannot tell you now on which maps, but i will watch at this and tell you, when i know the maps.

- enemyatthegates-v2a

I think its totally random, coz I know one time it worked on some map and next time on some map scores went crazy. Sometimes score of some team is raising also during game, u can see how it is raising every second while ppl are playing....

ok i know exactly where the extra points come from. In JB everytime at the end of the map, when you are "punished" for losing and die, it is couted towards a suicide. Well after you are on the "lamer" list, and you can suicide after that, but the mod kicks in and doesnt allow your score to drop anymore, something is conflicting with the JB team score. So each suicide after you are on the lamer list counts towards the team score somehow. I would say turn off the antilamer mutator on OCA, there wasnt ever really a problem on that server IMO. Here is a nice example

Edge: thanks a lot for the research! I will see about those maps, perhaps replace them with the original files and/or delete them. Am I correct in that these maps havent worked for quite a while or do they sometimes work?
Zed: wow, makes sense. It sorta coincides with the antilamer thing. OK, I'll take it out of OCA somewhere today, let me know if the problem is fixed?

Hi Punt,
anything new is this matter? I know for sure that JB-Deadmanb2 still send us to the wrong map (one time it even killed the server), and I also know for sure that the results in almost every JB-match are fu*ked up...

You're right Edge. I have removed the offending maps (I'll try to see if I can find them again later) and removed Antilamer so I think most problems should be fixed.
