I want to suggest to remove this map 'cause
-it is way to big in size. You need too much time even with a vehicle to play in a tactical way.
-as it is so big you have just 5-6 FPS even with highend-machines. So it is unplayable as you cannot fight, move or do anything in a normal way.
Also i would like to suggest to take Scorpion Raid in again. As far as i can remember it was played a lot, and if i looked right it isn't part of the map-rotation anymore.

You are right about FacingGiants, I put it on the server cos it looked really good, but in real game fps is too low so I was going to remove it...
ScorpionRaid has been removed cos it was crashing the server, so it cant be installed again, unless author released new version.
ONS maps are very buggy generally, about 1/3 of maps which I have found and tested on the server had to be removed cos of various problems...

Yeah i know this prob. As i make maps for other games, i can 'see' how buggy some UT-Maps are, as an example: UndergroundBunker. It looks so plain but in the end it seems that the use of such a massive amount of vehicle overflow the memory after a while, plus the fact that big polys are used which is bad for lightning. The map always gets laggy in the final rounds.
And such probs is noticable at a lot of maps. Sad as some maps have good ideas, they're just badly made.Sorry to hear that about Scorpion Raid too, was one of my fav. But we don't want to complain too much, right? At least we get new stuff and we don't have to play it if we don't like it

Not my comp i'm sure, as it high end enough, but maybe the connection, 'cause if i remember right my ping is a bit higher than yours, so differences in lag is earlier noticable for me then for you i guess. I just know that some complained a lot in the final rounds of UndergroundBunker about the lag (you cannot even fly the raptor or manta as everything is jumpy). But this isn't really bothering me, same effect is presentable in some other maps, but i can live with it. But not about FacingGiants, its just too big.
