Ping is time needed by network data to reach another computer in the Internet and come back to your computer. You cant make it shorter. You can only turn off your sharing apps and other programs using Internet connection while you are playing online game. That will remove ping delays caused by heavy traffic on your Internet connection. But you cant do anything with any other delay on the path from you to the server and back.
