btw I might try to increase logs to a week or so.. more round number.. but well the log of 3 days is already 10Mb..

Thanks very much punt !!

But i have one question about the stats when i get alot of frags say 50 the stats say that i got 80 or somthing. i also seen that some one got 300+ frags in one game which is only possable in the extream it was sylant, i know this the stats are still fair coz the same thing will happen for all people, but why does it happen ??

I have no idea about the stats Smile

All I did is install that thing, and tried to keep it working Smile Never checked if they are fair. I am planning to install a new version soon.

Cool punt i think even though the stat are not right they are still on the track it keeps the good players at the top i think it just add a few frags on for each game, dunno. So when are the new stats getting here ??

Those stast keep tracks of the active players now,IMHO is keep the stats in 3 days and scrap all others away.I just went (drunk) on another day in PM server with another name and end up in top10 just like that.I think these favour on campers but they are favourite feast of me anyway...so lets have fun allways. Rolling Eyes Cool

btw - about that valhalla avatar in other treat,that would make gaming ALOT funnier but would take a last drop of line from gaming so I say no.And this is also imho..... Razz

13 25.0% 0 0.0% Head Shot
29 55.8% 20 38.5%

I was just wondering if it could be possible in anyway to limit those stats so that players with 200 or 400 incidents get ranked? That would keep these one-play gamers out of there and keep it more to 'regular' players.Will look that 'read-me' file after this post(or not!) but this idea just bursted into my head...btw - server has worked very FINE&COOL last few WEEKs,nice job guys.But now my bed shouts: "COME HERE!" so gotta go - cu all out there...

and looked at that readme and it said:
"# Incident Barrier
##################

You can set the so called "IncidentBarrier" in the AEstats.cfg file.
This lets you control how many players will be ranked. Its a filter
if you will. To be exact only players with enough incidents
(frags+deaths+suicides) will be ranked. This might come in handy to
avoid those one frag players that then would mathematically get a
perfect score. The default value is 20. On a heavily frequented
Server I would recommend 100 or more.

Details:

"A barrier at 30 means that only the frags (+deaths+suicides) you
scored against folks in the ranking (matrix) will be counted... so
if you frag weak players a lot and these get filtered out by the
other mechanisms implemented, and these weak players are no longer
in the matrix, then you will have less for ranking relevant frags!

"Next... the matrix (with the players that made it into it) is checked
for the player with the least incidents (frags+deaths+suicides)... lets
say the sum is less than 20... then this player will be kicked from the
matrix. Now notice you might have fragged this guy... but your frags no
longer matter since the player is gone... so you end up having even fewer
frags... this filtering is repeated, it might happen that your barrier is so
high that everyone gets filtered out.

"In the latter case I simply say... heck with it and rank all
players... this might be causing confusion."

so if i got this wrong - tell me,but i think it would be fair for regular players...(nobody can help us with those campers anyway... Wink )
