According to these guys they can already do it.

"We have developed a technology that produces free, clean and constant energy.
This means never having to recharge your phone, never having to refuel your car. A world with an infinite supply of clean energy for all.
Our technology has been independently validated by engineers and scientists - always off the record, always proven to work."

Damn . Would be great if that was true. That company owners would become richest ppl on planet and all energy problems would be solved.
We will see, but why would someone spend so much money for ads in The Economist, if it was scam? What would they gain?
I just hope, if it is really true, that some oil magnate wont buy it and put in some forgotten drawer.

Indeed Roba, the oil co's etc have done such things before! The vast amount of money that is invested in the infrastructure means that if/when things like this come along............... well you know this already, why am I trying to tell you?
I soooooo hope that clean renewable energy is a reality that we see in our lifetime!
I want my kids to have a world that is still beautiful!
Thanks for the link Lee, I have posted it to my ISP forum to see what some of my friends there have to say on it.
