I use other settings but in the mom i have probs with my OpenGL device.
I tried some settings and now my ini. is broken.
I made a back up but I lost it because i used to many utinis
I must correct it in the ut ini but i dont know my best settings anymore
i have2 different version that i normaly use
but not the best that i had....
i used to test the ut intro and DM-Metal
see the different
this [OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice] is version A
with highdetail textures(look the red circle on the window)
but with not so fine skybox (look on the sky):
this is version B with more frames and better effects but its hanging although the frames are really good???

I used ur settings too roba not bad but there r no coronaeffects
and when i shoot with sniper here also no effects but this is ok its sometimes disturbing

the main difference there MM is the UseS3TC=1 in the A version which is switched off in the B version (UseS3TC=False)
which is using the hi res textures (from cd2)
you would get sliding ppl on some servers, or ppl that dont fall down when they die
