i just listened to it now (was at work when i saw it) and this is on the ringway (if that's the correct word) around Paris. I saw a documentary once about a guy who was driving on the Paris ringway like that but a few months later they had to scrape him off the back of a truck Confused

Dunno if it's that guy though
