If you dont like spam, ask your ISP if he can provide SPAM Assassin to your email. Really great soft. It marks SPAM emails with flag so you email client can put them into spam folder without you seeing it. Or it can also directly delete it.

I know what I am tlking about lol, coz my SPAM folder has more than 1100 spams, and thats for last 14 days!!! Thats cca 78 per day heh.

Ouch hehe
I use mailwasher, run it before you run outlook express and it grabs the emails, and from there is its spam, or from someone you dont like (lol) you can bounce it, so it gets sent back to them as undeliverable.
