[PiPGN] are to host two new 1 vs. 1 Sniper Arena tournaments.

One of them will be for EUROPEAN only players, and the other for USA/CANADA only players.

We are accepting signups until January the 16th.

The EUROPEAN tournament can be found;

The USA/CANADA tournament can be found;
http://tournament.pipgn.com/index.php?tourney[id]=12&action=details

This rule is currently not entered on the tournament site but does exist;
If both teams agree, ZeroPing may be used in the match. However, if one team is to disagree in using ZeroPing, then ZeroPing CANNOT be used.
