When you click on the "click here" link (not set in here) you should to login with your paypal mail adress and password, that means, that a "hidden" html code can "see" your login information
The link is in that case

I wrote paypal about this mail and they don't sent it.

So please be cautious with your paypal information. When you got also this strange mail and you logged in over that link change your password fast as possible.
